Balarama’s Enterprises currently employs in excess of 300 people in Thailand. We are a very popular employer in our local community. Long term employees, regardless of their position, are provided with medical insurance and life insurance and other company benefits.

        All employees are provided with protective safety equipment. Eye protection, facemasks, boots, gloves and aprons are all used for various manufacturing processes. Our working conditions are tightly controlled and regulated, to ensure a clean and healthy working environment for all employees.
     Balarama’s Enterprises works closely with the relevant Governmental Departments of Thailand to ensure that all local regulations are complied with and exceeded. We believe that our own safety regulations are up to international standards.
        Balarama’s Enterprises does not under any circumstances use child labor or prison labor, our youngest employees are 16 years of age.
